Muhammad Atef
Muhammad Atef is allegedly second in command of the
Al-Qaeda
terrorist organization headed by bin Laden. Atef has been
indicted
for his involvement in the bombings of the United States
Embassies
in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya in 1998. The
U.S.
Department of State is offering a reward of up to $25 million
for
information leading to the conviction of Muhammad Atef.
He stands
between 6'4" and 6'6". H e is considered armed and dangerous.
