Ayman Al-Zawahiri
Ayman Al-Zawahiri is the founder of the Egyptian
Islamic Jihad…a
group that opposes the secular Egyptian Government and
plans to
overthrow it by violence. Al-Zawahiri is a loyal follower
of bin
Laden and is allegedly serving as an adviser and doctor to
him.
Ayman Al-Zawahiri has been indicted in connection with the bombings
in 1998 of
the U.S. Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and
Nairobi, Kenya.
